Walking around near Captain Dapper HQ this morning, I came across a lone swing dangling over a carpet of purple wildflowers. I stopped for a moment, snapped this photo and was on my way. Looking back at it now I'm reminded that spring is nature's way of sending out a wake up call. The long, dreary winter, when we've all barricaded ourselves in our heated homes, staring at the naked trees and brown grass through dirty windows, has finally passed. Everything has come to life again. Suddenly we're surrounded by color where it was once gray and brown.
This is all to say: Get on that swing! Enjoy the beauty of the moment before it fades away.
